letterbox in Groton -no stamp

From: Donna (Kripalu@comcast.net) | Date: 2006-04-17 19:33:14 UTC
I went across the bridge , counted my paces , found the pine tree, and
the letterbox. it has no stamp in it, just a Spiderman notebook lined
and small spiral bound for a guestbook. Disappointing. Also
Grotonwoods has 57 acres , I thought it could have more than 1
letterbox hidden.

did the guestbook have signature stamps in it? did you contact the placer.
the spiderman notebook sounds kinda like it could be a geocache item.

Hi Old Patterns wrote to me and said she put the spiderman notebook because the box was emtpy. She says it will be adopted soon she thinks the placer gave it up after the initial excitement. Forgot to take clue of web site. Donna
